Job Title: Customer Service Assistant
You will support the Customer Service Supervisor to ensure that our customers' needs are exceeded at all times. You could find yourself dealing with customers at reception, settling invoices at our pay points, providing fast and efficient service at our checkouts, or working with other members of the store team in various departments. No two days will be the same, but you will gain a great sense of fulfilment and be at the heart of our customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Customer Service Supervisor in their duties, ensuring customer account due diligence is accurate and up-to-date, requiring an eye for detail.
2. Create an environment that delivers fast, efficient service, demonstrating dynamism and a passion for customer satisfaction.
3. Take ownership of the customer service operation in the absence of the Customer Service Supervisor.
4. Lead from the front and prioritize your workload effectively.
5. Communicate effectively with customers and other store departments.
6. Maintain energy and drive to deliver fast and efficient service.
7. Handle administrative duties with a good eye for detail.
