Essential Role Requirements
* Must have a strong understanding of the processes of decking and slabs, walls columns, staircases, and lift shafts, to effectively support carpenters in their roles
* Familiar with Traditional erect and strike aluminium beam decking systems, Panel decking systems and Peri Trio shutters
* Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and strong communication skills
* Able to read and interpret drawings, or willing to learn
* Proactive and able to manage time effectively
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
* 3 + years of experience in a similar role
* Keen to learn and further develop skills
General Expectations
* Reliable & punctual
* Able to work well with other trades and operatives on site and support the programme delivery on time
* Right to work in the UK
Cards & Qualifications Required
* CSCS Blue Formwork / Carpentry / Concreting Qualification
* CSCS Green/GQA Labourer
Additional/Desirable Cards & Qualifications
* Harness Awareness Certification
* IPAF/PASMA/CPCS/NPORS*/MEWP Qualifications
* Face Fit Certification
* Working at Heights
