Salary: £45,000 – £55,000, dependent on experience.

Our client is a specialist supplier and installer of premium windows, doors, and rooflight systems for residential and commercial projects across the UK. The company works closely with homeowners, developers, architects, and trade clients to deliver high-quality, energy-efficient glazing solutions supported by expert advice, professional installation, and strong customer service. They pride themselves on transparent communication, reliable project delivery, and maintaining high standards throughout every stage of the customer journey.
We are now seeking a motivated and commercially focused Sales Manager to drive business development and support continued growth. In this role, you will build strong relationships with industry contacts, manage key client accounts, increase repeat business, and identify new commercial opportunities.
Position Duties
* Taking ownership of driving and building commercial opportunities to increase revenue.
* Managing client accounts and building long‑term relationships, leading to repeat business and exceptional outcomes.
* Understanding and advising clients on requirements, proposing best‑outcome solutions.
* Reporting the pipeline to the company director on a regular basis.
* Managing the sales process from enquiry to hand‑over stages.
* Travelling throughout Sussex, Surrey and surrounding areas to meet with clients.
* Tracking, understanding and investing in the right marketing leads.
Position Requirements
* Background in glazing, windows, doors, or construction, with a track record of sales ability.
* Experience in B2B sales and client management is preferred.
* Essential knowledge of Excel.
* Preferred but not essential experience in design of windows, glazing, or construction.
* A self‑motivated, proactive mindset and a ‘no problem’ approach to problem solving.
* Excellent communication skills, over the phone, face‑to‑face, and in writing.
* Strong understanding of health and safety procedure for site and client visits.
* Full driving licence and reliable commute to Haywards Heath.
Position Remuneration
* Competitive salary up to £55,000, depending on experience.
* Regular working hours, 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday.
* 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
