What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Lead and motivate the branch team
* Carry out property valuations and win instructions
* Drive sales and lettings performance
* Maintain high levels of customer service
* Ensure compliance and professional standards
* Manage daily branch operations
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Previous role as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager
* Strong listing and valuation skills
* Excellent sales ability
* Effective team management experience
* High standard of customer service
* Full UK driving licence
* Local knowledge of Sevenoaks (preferred)
* Professional, ambitious, and articulate personality
