About The Role
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You'll assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and share memorable moments. This role offers the chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment and undertake varied work that is rewarding. Duties may include supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring one‑to‑one time with each resident.
About You
To join us as a Care Assistant you’ll need experience caring for older people, a can‑do attitude, excellent communication skills, empathy, and a warm‑hearted approach.
