Overview
Contract Manager needed for the PFI Facilities Management team, based across Wiltshire Council Facilities Management sites. Hours: 40 hours per week - typically Monday to Friday, some flexibility on hours available. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
Responsibilities
You will be working within the PFI FM team, overseeing the delivery of Fabric, Fire & Security, Drainage, and Project Works across the Wiltshire Council Facilities Management contracts. Your day to day will include:
* Managing the delivery and financial performance of the contracts
* Leading a team of operatives, subcontractors, and administrators
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
* Ensuring services are delivered in line with KPI/SLA targets
* Carrying out quality assurance and compliance inspections
Qualifications and Experience
You can demonstrate practical experience in a similar role, ideally within a PFI setting, with a focus on Fabric, Fire & Security, or Drainage. You should:
* Have strong leadership and people management skills
* Hold relevant industry qualifications and a Managing IOSH Certificate
* Have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of building services, statutory regulations, and compliance
