Here, you’ll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.
Crown Resorts has a position available for a forward-thinking, innovative and self-motivated Company Secretary Coordinator to join the team in a full-time capacity, based in Crown Melbourne. Reporting to the Group General Counsel & Company Secretary, this is a key role supporting our Board and Committee members across Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth properties. Key responsibilities include:
1. Coordinating and streamlining board & committee meetings, including agendas, board packs, scheduling, and minutes.
2. Assisting with document signing such as circular resolutions, agreements, and contracts.
3. Maintaining clear communication channels with stakeholders.
4. Delivering effective governance processes for the company’s boards and committees.
5. Streamlining, automating, and optimizing administrative tasks related to governance, compliance, and reporting.
6. Supporting board members and management with queries and requests.
7. Contributing to other projects within the Legal Technology & Operations team, with potential for future expansion.
