Silver Cloud Care NI is currently recruiting in the Community - Female Care Assistant for our clients in Newtownabbey area. We are looking for individuals to provide care and support to vulnerable adults in their own home.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with dressing, bathing, toileting, and mobility support.
* Provide much needed company and and engaging conversation.
* Light household duties.
* Ensure physical and emotional wellbeing.
* Support independence with dignity and respect.
Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A non judgemental approach to care.
* Able to demonstrate patience (you may have to listen to the same story numerous times).
* Driver with access to/own car.
* Previous experience working as a Care Assistant (not essential as full training will be provided).
