Responsibilities:
1. Client Advisory and Billable Expertise (~30%)
o Act as a trusted technology advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on complex challenges and opportunities.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as an escalation point for technical issues.
o Support presales activities strategically aligned with client needs.
o Continuously develop expertise to anticipate future client problems, ensuring relevance and impact.
2. Navigate hype cycles
o Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to leverage for competitive advantage.
o Coordinate regional market sensing activities and share insights with global peers and service line leaders.
o Participate in technology strategy creation.
3. Tech Radar and Telescope Reports
o Share insights with analysis and research teams to add market context to reports.
4. Ecosystem activation
o Implement technology strategies within our ecosystem.
o Engage with market partners through conferences, meetings, and media interactions.
o Represent Thoughtworks as a thought leader in the tech community.
o Contribute to brand building by promoting technical expertise and innovative solutions.
5. Talent Cultivation and Elevation
o Mentor and develop technical talent, focusing on diversity and inclusion.
