Premier Waste Recycling (PWR) has an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our terrific team as Customer Service Administrator at our site based in Leeds. We are an established and successful waste collection & recycling business, recognised as the leading independent waste management company in the North East and Yorkshire region.
We now have an excellent opportunity for a high calibre person to join the business. You will help to ensure that we are able to deliver the highest standards of service to PWR direct and broker customers.
Responsibilities
* Act as the primary day-to-day interface between PWR direct and broker customers
* Carry out all aspects of customer service work to enable PWR to meet its customer service targets
* Generate a strong focus on customer retention, development of customers and build strong relationships with all internal and external customers
* Answer and record all inbound calls and handle conclusion of all correspondence received within given timescales.
* Ensure prompt resolution of complaints and carry out pro-active customer service activity as directed.
* Consistently delivers on work processes and quality
Skills required
* Excellent IT Skills
* Experience in a customer service role with basic commercial awareness.
* Good communication skills.
* Highly organised, determined and methodical
* Works with initiative
