🚜 Regional Sales Manager – Forklift Trucks (Yorkshire & Midlands)
Salary: Up to £75,000 OTE (Basic + Commission + Car + Benefits)
Location: Field-based – covering South Yorkshire & the Midlands

The Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing new business and managing key accounts across your territory. You’ll promote our full range of forklift trucks and material handling solutions, working closely with customers to understand their operational needs and deliver tailored, cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow sales within Yorkshire & the Midlands region.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
* Deliver professional product demonstrations and proposals.
* Work closely with internal technical and service teams to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
* Report on sales activity, forecasts, and market trends to the Sales Director.
* Proven field sales experience in forklifts, material handling, or related industrial equipment.
* Strong business development and 'hunting' skills.
* Technical understanding of mechanical or electrical machinery is advantageous.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
