What You ll Do
* Conduct structured assessments (telephone and face-to-face) for Work Capability Assessments (WCA) on behalf of the DWP
* Review medical evidence and produce clear, evidence-based clinical reports
* Apply your professional judgement to evaluate how health conditions affect daily living and work capability
What We re Looking For
* Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Physiotherapist
* Minimum 1 year post-registration experience in an adult clinical setting
* Current NMC or HCPC registration
* Confident communicator with strong report-writing and IT skills
* Experienced in managing complex health conditions and independent caseloads

What You ll Get
* Salary: £40,000 £42,000 (rising by £1,000 at 6 & 12 months)
* Bonus: Up to 10% based on performance
* Schedule: Monday to Friday only no nights, weekends, or bank holidays
