Manufacturer who are part of a bigger group based in the West Midlands is currently seeking a General Manager to join their business in the West Midlands. With the business in a strong position and supplying several major aerospace OEMs, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement while managing direct reports across Operations, Logistics, Sales, and Engineering. You will also hold full P&L responsibility and must bring prior experience in this area. Reporting to the Directors, the General Manager will be a strong communicator and a key advocate for engagement with internal stakeholders, the workforce, and external partners. You will play a central role in promoting Production Quality, Sales, Health & Safety, People, Cost, and Delivery, while helping to drive cultural change on site.
