We’re now recruiting for the 2025/2026 academic year and have flexible teaching opportunities across Oxfordshire, supporting children and young people who need 1:1 provision outside mainstream school.

* Working flexibly as part of a compassionate, expert-led team that values you and your skills
Who we’re looking for:
We welcome applications from individuals who have:
* Experience as teachers, tutors, teaching assistants, SEN specialists and education professionals who have directly supported young people with SEN/SEMH needs
* A background in Early Years, Primary, Secondary or Post 16 teaching or specialist SEND environments
* A minimum of 2 consistent weekdays available
* An up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
Familiarity with Makaton, PECS or other communication strategies is an advantage, as are de-escalation and behaviour management skills.
