How will I make a difference?
As the UKs leading provider of environmental compliance, Valpak strives to work together towards a profitable,sustainable, waste-free world. To date, our teams work in partnership with more than 400 customers, in nearlyevery corner of the globe.
You will assist in driving this goal by supporting the delivery ofaccurate and timely datadeclarations as specified by environmental legislation and voluntary commitments. You will helpsupport our customersto comply with environmental legislation andgive insightsto the packaging they handle, allowing them to make meaningful changes with confidence.
What will I be doing?
You will be managing aportfolioof accounts and being the dedicated point ofcontact, you will:
* Have acustomer focussedapproach that builds a strong workingrelationshipwith the customer, and provides excellent customer service
* Use yourexcellentcommunicationskills to:
o Liaise with compliance schemes, customers, and third parties toensurecompliancewith a range oflegislationand voluntarycommitments
o Build upknowledgeof various compliance regulations and commitments viaresearch/buildingrelationshipswith contacts
o Deepen yourunderstandingof the customer requirements and the industries they operate in
* Utilise your strongdata analysisandexcelbackground to:
o Articulatecomplexdataproblems/processes back to customers in a way that is easy to understand
o Manipulateandanalyselarge volumes of data
* Beproactiveand pose a solution orientatedproblem solvingability to identify service development areas, supporting a culture of continuous improvement
* Use yourresource planningskillsto ensure that all deliverabledeadlinesare planned and met to a high degree of accuracy
* Beresilientto high volumes of communication and deadlines
