Job Description As our Conference & Groups Manager, you will be the driving force behind the seamless planning, coordination and delivery of group bookings, meetings and events. You will:
Manage all incoming conference, meeting and group enquiries from initial proposal to final invoicing.
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and exceeded.
Coordinate with internal departments (Kitchen, Front Office, F&B, etc.) to guarantee smooth event operations.
Maximise revenue opportunities through effective upselling and yield management.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, and event details using Accor systems.
Provide leadership and guidance to theteam, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Qualifications Proven experience in Conference, Eventsor Groups management within hospitality
Strong organisational and negotiation skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Commercial acumen with a focus on driving revenue and guest satisfaction
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
