Position: SEND Teaching Assistant (Specialist Support)

Salary: £85–£105 per day (dependent on experience)
About the Role
A supportive school in Brent is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Specialist SEND Teaching Assistant to support students with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEND
* Assist with implementing EHCP targets and strategies
* Support classroom engagement and emotional wellbeing
* Work closely with teachers and SENCOs
* Assist with behaviour management and structured interventions
Requirements
* Experience working with children with SEND
* Patient, empathetic, and resilient nature
* Strong communication skills
* Relevant qualifications or training (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
