The Role Lead the Conveyancing Department across multiple office locations. Manage and supervise a team of conveyancers, including regular meetings, appraisals, and ongoing training. Oversee all aspects of residential conveyancing work from instruction through to completion. Report to senior management on compliance, risk, and business development initiatives. Contribute to departmental strategy and succession planning. Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, referrers, and clients. Opportunity to handle commercial conveyancing matters if desired. You Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with significant post-qualification experience. Proven ability to supervise and lead a team within a conveyancing environment. Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach.
