MSSC (Marine Society & Sea Cadets) is seeking an OTW Project Assistant to support the On The Water project at Midlands Boat Station in Birmingham. This exciting opportunity involves engaging young people aged 9-14 in boating activities that build skills and confidence.
The role demands a motivated, organized, and enthusiastic individual who can manage registrations, collect project data, and foster communication with participants and their families. This is a full-time position on an 11-week fixed-term contract, starting 22 June 2026.
