Mobile Multi Skilled Gas Engineer

We are seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Gas Engineer to deliver commercial gas, heating, combustion and building services engineering maintenance across a designated region, supporting a diverse portfolio of client properties.
The role covers commercial and domestic gas and HVAC systems, with responsibility for fault finding, repair, servicing and installation activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver planned and reactive maintenance for commercial and domestic gas, heating and HVAC systems
* Carry out fault finding, repairs, servicing and installation works across client sites
* Ensure compliance with ISS technical policies, procedures and Safe Systems of Work
* Contribute to achievement of relevant account, segment or country technical KPIs
* Complete works in line with strict Health & Safety requirements, including risk assessments and method statements
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company standards
* Act as a professional representative of ISS when engaging with customers and stakeholders
* Support a world-class building services maintenance provision across the region
Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications
Qualifications
* Commercial Gas Qualifications, including Commercial Core Safety:
o COCN1 or CODNC1
o TPCP1A
o ICPN1
o CORT1
o CIGA1
* Domestic Core Gas Qualifications:
o CCN1
o CENWAT1
o CPA1
* City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical or a related mechanical engineering discipline
* Gas Safe Registered
* IPAF / PASMA
* Full UK Driving Licence
Experience
* Experience delivering commercial gas, combustion and heating maintenance, including fault finding, maintenance and installation
* Proven experience in reactive and PPM building services maintenance
* Experience working within FM or building services environments in commercial properties
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures, including risk assessments and method statements
