Responsibilities
* Maintaining clean and hygienic washrooms and contributing to a positive user experience and safety.
* Implementing water management and reduction initiatives (sensor-activated fixtures, waterless urinals, smart metering).
* Managing sanitary waste disposal with hygienic bins and regular servicing to maintain cleanliness and odour control.
* Promoting the use of serviced mats in entrance halls to improve cleanliness and safety.
Qualifications
* Experience in facilities management or a related field is preferred.
* Understanding of water management, sanitary waste handling, and mat maintenance is desirable.
* Strong emphasis on health, safety, and sustainability.
