Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Altrincham for a Client and Sales Manager. The role involves managing a portfolio of clients, fostering relationships to ensure top‑notch client satisfaction, and driving sales through excellent customer engagement. Additional responsibilities include coordinating consignment processes, analysing sales trends, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and assisting with managing the showroom's day‑to‑day operations.

* Display an understanding of luxury retail markets, trends, and sustainability practices

* A proactive and customer‑focused attitude
* Previous experience in retail, sales, or client management roles preferred
