Key Responsibilities of the Painter
* Support the smooth running of the property maintenance department, keeping all areas to the highest level.
* Work as part of a team that maximises guest satisfaction and comfort, responding positively and promptly to guest enquiries.
* Take responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the act role, ensuring work is completed timely and professionally.
* Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives & targets.
* Collaborate with the immediate report, ensuring costs and inventory are controlled and productivity and performance levels are attained.
* Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values.
* Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation, planning, delivering and documenting best‑practice activities for internal and external audit, performing follow‑up as required.
Requirements of the Painter
* Experience in property maintenance beneficial but not essential.
* Hands‑on approach with a can‑do work style.
* Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
* Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties and tasks assigned.
* Personal integrity, working in an environment that demands excellence.
