Health & Safety Advisor duties include –
* Implement HSE policies in line with UK legislation and company standards.
* Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
* Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
* Track environmental performance and report to management.
* Manage emergency plans and coordinate drills.
* Support site teams and deputise for the SHE Manager as needed.
Health & Safety Advisor desirable skills and experience –
* Experience in a similar position (SHE Advisor, SHE Officer etc).
* Strong environmental experience within a manufacturing environment.
* Systems experience - ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 18001.
* Relevant education - NEBOSH, IOSH etc.
