They are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their busy team in Cwmbran. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a team dedicated to quality and excellence in both residential and commercial property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage residential and commercial property transactions from initiation to completion
* Prepare, review, and manage contracts, reports, and legal documentation
* Liaise effectively with clients, solicitors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth progression of cases
* Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
* Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines
* Utilise case management systems and Microsoft Office proficiently
* Lead and manage your team with success
* Support file reviews and ensure timely billing and collections
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to cross-sell legal services
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development, including compliance with all statutory and firm training requirements

Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience as a Conveyancer with knowledge of residential and commercial property matters
* Strong understanding of property law, conveyancing procedures, and legal compliance
* Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
* IT literate with experience using conveyancing software and case management systems
