* Payroll Processing: Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process, ensuring all payments are accurate and made on time
* Excel Proficiency: Utilise Excel to its full potential, including using VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables for efficient data analysis and reporting
* Payroll Software: Experience with payroll software is essential. Knowledge of Resourcelink would be beneficial, but training will be provided if necessary
* Manual Calculations: Perform accurate manual gross to net calculations when needed, ensuring the correct deductions and payments
* Benefits and P11D Processing: Handle the payrolling of employee benefits, including processing P11D forms and calculating benefit values
* Problem-Solving: Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll queries efficiently, maintaining a high level of service
Required experience:
* 3 years of Payroll experience
* Experience running end to end Payroll
