Mobile Care Assistant – Vacancy
Due to our evolving care and lifestyle delivery, we are looking for passionate Mobile Care Assistants to join our growing care team. You must have a valid full UK driving licence and a car.

Hourly Rate
£14.50 per hour, plus up to £1.30 for working evening and weekend hours.
Hours
Full time and part time hours available per week on a rota basis that includes mornings, evenings and alternate weekends between 7am to 10pm.
About the Role
This dual role combines personal care and domestic services. You will work closely with the Field Care Supervisor, House Managers and Care Performance Manager to deliver personalised care and lifestyle services, including assistance with daily activities, personal hygiene, medication, household tasks, companionship, wellbeing activities and communal area maintenance. The role is mobile and field based, requiring travel between developments with parking available at each site.
Key Responsibilities
* Support individual homeowners with personal care, daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance, as well as domestic tasks such as cleaning and shopping.
* Maintain communal areas within the developments to a high standard, ensuring a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment.
* Assist homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements and appointments, enhancing their overall well‑being and social connections.
Qualifications
* Previous care experience preferred; Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification desirable but not essential; full training provided for individuals seeking a career change.
* Valid full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between developments.
* Flexibility to work on a rota that includes early mornings, late evenings and alternate weekends.
