What You’ll Be Doing:
6. Supporting senior team members in delivering strategic planning advice.
7. Preparing planning applications, reports, and proposals.
8. Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
9. Contributing to the delivery of key projects from inception to completion.
10. Mentoring junior staff and assisting with their professional development.
What We’re Looking For:
11. Experience in town planning, ideally with a background in both public and private sector projects.
12. Strong understanding of local planning policies, regulations, and procedures.
13. Ability to manage projects efficiently and effectively.
14. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
15. A proactive attitude and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
16. A degree in Town Planning (or similar) and membership of the RTPI (or working towards it).
