Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)

The Role
* Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals.
* Undertaking planning research, site appraisals and policy reviews.
* Supporting senior colleagues on a variety of projects across the UK.
* Liaising with clients, local authorities and key stakeholders.
* Contributing to planning statements and reports.
About You
* An RTPI‑accredited degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.
* A genuine passion for planning and the built environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Previous work experience or placement within a planning consultancy or local authority would be advantageous, but not essential.
