This role is advertised as part of the BBC Extend programme for disabled people. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT
As a HR Support (HRA26) apprentice, you will:
* Work alongside a dedicated HR team within the BBC, learning the ins and outs of their processes
* Provide support to colleagues and contribute to making the BBC a great place to work
* Assist with day-to-day HR tasks, which will vary depending on the team you are placed into
* Develop strong communication and organisation skills to support a career in HR
You’ll study for your industry recognised apprenticeship qualification, with at least one day per week spent studying for a Level 3 Human Resources Support apprenticeship with our learning provider, using its virtual delivery platform. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible for this apprenticeship you must:
* Be 18 years old or over by the apprenticeship start in September 2026
* Have lived in the UK continuously for the last 3 years
* Be legally eligible to work full-time in the UK for the duration
* Not be enrolled in another apprenticeship at BBC or elsewhere
* Not hold a qualification in the same HR subject area at the same or higher level
* Identify as disabled under the Equality Act
