The Role
The successful candidate will:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum
2. Inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential
3. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
4. Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress effectively
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
6. Uphold high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and wellbeing
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
7. Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
8. Has a strong understanding of the primary curriculum
9. Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills
10. Is enthusiastic, caring, and committed to raising standards
11. Has the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
12. Is committed to continuous professional development
