An opportunity to develop customer analytics in a rapidly growing team within a well known UK brand.
THE COMPANY
A leading retailer in the UK focussed on using customer data to the best of their ability. With a large customer base the opportunity to develop how customers receive the brand is huge and they are growing teams all across the business to make this happen.
THE ROLE
As a Customer Analyst, you will lead on insight generation into who the customers are and how to better improve their experience. More specifically you will have to:
* Use SQL to understand and breakdown large sets of data to extract impactful insights on customer lifetime value, customer churn and retention
* Segment customers through data modelling and deep dive analysis, allowing for targeted marketing and a more personalised customer experience
* Provide insights to senior stakeholders across the business on who the customers are and how you can engage them
* Run a series of A/B tests to understand the customer journey and decrease drop off
YOUR SKILLS
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* An expert in SQL and ideally an understanding or willingness to learn Python
* Good knowledge of customer analytics and KPI's such as CLV, retention and loyalty
* Confident providing insights to high level senior stakeholders and conveying complex tech terms in digestible jargon
THE BENEFITS
