Our client, a leading immigration consultancy firm based in Windsor, is looking for an Immigration Assistant to join their team. who specialise in providing comprehensive immigration services to individuals and businesses; by assisting with various administrative tasks and client interactions to ensure the efficient operation of their immigration consultancy services. The role will suit a motivated and detail-oriented individual, who is looking to build their career within UK Immigration services.
Assist Immigration Consultants with administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
Prepare and review documentation required for visa applications, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with UK immigration regulations.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings, and providing updates on the status of their applications as needed.
Coordinate appointments and meetings for Immigration Consultants, liaising with clients to arrange convenient times and ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared in advance.
Data Entry: Input and update client information and case details in the company database or case management system, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
Research Assistance: Conduct research on immigration laws, policies, and procedures to support Immigration Consultants in providing accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with Immigration Consultants and other team members to share information, provide assistance, and ensure seamless communication and workflow within the consultancy.
Quality Assurance: Assist in quality assurance activities, such as reviewing documentation for errors or inconsistencies and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
Previous administrative experience, preferably in a legal or immigration-related setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment.
Knowledge of UK immigration laws, regulations, and procedures preferred but not required (training will be provided).
Relevant qualifications or certifications in administration or a related field desirable.
