About The Role
Gordon's School is seeking a well-organised and efficient Governance Clerk to support the Governing Body and Trustee Committee. This vital role ensures that the governance process runs smoothly by providing high-quality administrative support, and advice along with guidance on governance, constitutional and procedural matters.
The role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills who can work independently and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. The ideal candidate will have experience of working on, or with, a board or senior leadership team and able to demonstrate a strong grasp of what good governance looks like.
The hours are approximately 15 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends, term time only and can be flexible around the meetings.
