Sales Engineer / Executive position in Caerphilly. Salary £35,000 - £45,000 plus car allowance and other benefits.
Benefits include: starting salary £35,000 - £45,000, car allowance, 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, expenses paid, pension, company phone and laptop.
Role & Responsibilities
* This is a new role, combining office-based business development with digital sales and occasional customer visits.
* Build new pipelines, re-engage lapsed accounts, and drive growth through digital channels.
* Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across both divisions.
* Make outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate leads and win work.
* Re-engage lapsed customers and build strong relationships with trade and manufacturing clients.
* Manage and support digital marketing campaigns (AdWords, Shopify optimisation, Marketplace listings, targeted email outreach).
* Visit potential customers to present products and build long-term relationships.
* Work closely with technical teams to deliver accurate quotations and tailored solutions.
* Meet and exceed agreed sales targets.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Proven B2B sales experience (ideally in construction, trade supplies, engineering, or industrial products).
* Confident in both telephone and face-to-face sales.
* Proactive, self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage your own pipeline.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools (Shopify, AdWords, email platforms) desirable.
* Full UK driving licence essential.
