The Company
Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are mainly in and around the Eastleigh area.
The Role
1. Multi Trade Maintenance
2. Receive & complete works via PDA device
3. Work safely in accordance with H&S
4. Painting, Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Painting & Decorating, Fencing, Paving
Skills & Experience
5. Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)
6. Full UK Drivers License
7. Social Housing experience preferred
