Part Time Customer Service Advisor. Salary: £12.82 per hour / £10,666.24 per annum. Location: Warrington – onsite role. Hours: 16 hours per week, working 2 out of 3 days: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. This schedule supports peak demand on Fridays and Saturdays, with rotational coverage on Sundays. Contract: Permanent.

What You’ll Do
* Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer queries via live chat, telephone, and email channels.
* Deliver friendly and accurate assistance while ensuring all interactions meet regulatory standards.
* Maintain precise records of customer data and resolve account-related issues efficiently.
* Collaborate with internal departments to address complex queries and ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Participate fully in on-site training during your initial four weeks to build confidence in systems and processes.
* Work 16 hours per week across two days (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) as part of a rotational schedule supporting peak demand periods.
