Senior Research Executive (Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Research)
Up to £40,000 + bonus | Permanent | UK-based (Hybrid)

The role
This is a hands-on research position working across both qualitative and quantitative healthcare and pharmaceutical studies. You’ll contribute at every stage of the project lifecycle – from design, fieldwork and analysis through to reporting and presentation.
It’s a role that will suit someone naturally curious, organised and collaborative, with a real passion for delivering high-quality research that supports better decision-making.
What you’ll do
* Design fieldwork materials including screeners, discussion guides, questionnaires and stimulus
* Manage translations, fieldwork logistics, link checking and data checks
* Conduct qualitative interviews and online community research
* Plan and track projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget
* Own day-to-day client communication and manage queries
* Prepare analysis plans, tab specs, codeframes, dashboards and simulator briefs
* Draft report content, build story-driven summaries and contribute to presentations
* Support proposals, methodology recommendations and costings
* Participate in broader business development and internal improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for
* Around 3 years’ experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical market research (qual & quant)
* Confidence with quantitative techniques such as TURF, conjoint and max diff
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Strong communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Comfortable working in a flat, agile team environment
* Bonus: language skills (German, Spanish, French, Italian)
