The Role
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our Warships Team, providing essential administrative support that enables the successful delivery of our Supply Chain Department. This is a varied and dynamic role where your attention to detail and organisational skills will help drive operational excellence and support national defence.
Day-to-day, you’ll be supporting our Supply Chain Procurement Specialists by providing administration support that supports the current order book as well as the various future opportunities we are supporting.
1. Facilitating applications for supplier onboarding
2. Managing security administration tasks to enable supplier access to site
3. Collating information for reports and producing relevant packs
4. Updating trackers using Excel and SharePoint
5. Liaising with suppliers to obtain pricing and entering costs into systems
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 1 days in the office/onsite and 4 days working from home.
Essential experience of the Supply Chain Administrator:
6. Proven administration experience in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
7. Excellent MS Office skills
8. Strong organisational and time management abilities
9. Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
10. GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C or equivalent
11. NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) clearance for this role.
