HRIS Analyst - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract - London/Hybrid - Up to £55,000 pro rata
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HRIS Analyst to join our London based global law firm on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract basis.
Evaluate primarily the People systems to identify points of improvement
Implement HRIS process improvements and policy changes
Serve as the go-to subject matter expert.
Work with HR and IT to maintain and improve the People systems' efficiency.
Supports critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS
Use data to build project plans and ensure adherence to schedule and other specifications.
Work with HR to create a reporting suite to drive analytics-based decisions making.
Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HR system upgrades or patches
Provides production support, including researching and resolving HR system problems
Conducts training whilst also providing guidelines and documentation.
Maintains awareness of current trends in HR systems with a focus on product and service. development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies.
Must have at least 2 year's experience of Workday (HR Systems)
Experience in Data analytical and data visualisation tools, Power Bi/Power Query
Knowledge/Experience with SQL or PL/SQL
Creation/configuration of reports and data analysis.
