Stadium Head Chef Job Opportunity
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

The Head Chef will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen management and food production. They will be both enthusiastic and creative in producing top quality food for all types of events. This is a fantastic opportunity to highlight your innovative menu ideas
What You'll Do:
* Plan, prepare, and execute high-quality meals for Corporate Hospitality, Match days, Conferences, Weddings, Black Tie and other events.
* Cater for approximately 15 matches per season
* Provide nutritional meals for the Players, working closely with the club nutritionist
* Take full responsibility for the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to health and safety standards.
Control and monitor the kitchen budget, working closely with the General Manager Bar Manager & Events manager. Ensuring stock levels are to a workable minimum and take into consideration stock rotation and manage stock taking where required.
* Create and manage your own rota, providing flexibility for yourself and your team.
* Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service.
* Manage stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring minimal waste.
* Collaborate with the stadium's management team to enhance guest experiences.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume catering or events/ sports environment.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* A passion for creating delicious, high-quality food under pressure.
* Excellent understanding of food hygiene, health, and safety standards.
* Flexibility to adapt to the demands of match days and events.
