This is more than supporting with daily routines — you will guide others, promote best practice, and ensure every resident receives care rooted in dignity, respect, and individual needs.
What We Offer £14.90 per hour Contracted to full time hours Paid PVG Pension scheme Free uniform Free onsite parking 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time hours) What You Will Do Lead and coordinate your shift, ensuring a consistent standard of high-quality care Support with medication administration, care plans, and clinical record keeping Provide hands-on personal care and emotional support to residents Mentor junior staff and support their development Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues What We’re Looking For SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards) Experience working in a care setting (minimum one year preferred) Confidence leading a shift and delegating tasks effectively A commitment to delivering person-centred care with compassion Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach About You You are calm under pressure, lead by example, and always act with kindness and integrity.
