Team Supervisor Abbey Foregate and Community Services Shropshire £26,718.86 per annum 37.5 hours per week Permanent About the role It is the responsibility of the team supervisor to organise and manage the day to day running of the service provision through the service contract and the organisations policies and procedures. It is the responsibility of the team manager to support the Registered Manager in achieving the aims and objectives of the service and organisation. To assist the Registered manager to develop and grow the service maintaining financial viability. To lead and manage the service in line with the key lines of enquiry (KLOE). To contribute by working with the organisation on fund raising initiatives. Who we’re looking for? A working knowledge of legislation relevant to the organisation Experience and responsiveness of working within a busy care environment Experience of keeping accurate and compliant records Experience of working with a range of ICT systems Experience of leading or managing a team. Experience of working with diverse customer groups. Experience of leading or managing a team Level 3 qualification or equivalent. A working knowledge of legislation in regards to Care A full understanding of CQC and the National Social Care standards Ability to develop and facilitate training Experience of budget setting/monitoring Experience of writing bids Why join us?
