Business Development Manager - Home/Field-based - Watford/Uxbridge/Harrow
£38,000 - £42,000 depending on experience + uncapped bonus potential, company car & home-based contract

What you'll be doing:
1. Identify and secure new business opportunities with independent clients, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
2. Build strong relationships with independent players in the local food market, leveraging your curiosity about food trends.
3. Develop tailored culinary proposals to help customers save time and money.
4. Drive growth by achieving profit targets and earning rewards.
5. Onboard new clients professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported by your Area Sales Manager.
6. Monitor market trends and competitors to provide insights and solutions aligned with the latest in foodservice.
7. Achieve market and sales goals effectively and confidently.
What we are looking for:
Candidates with a background in Field Sales are preferred but not essential.
We seek individuals with a commercial mindset, driven and ambitious to make a positive impact on our business by meeting targets.
Confidence in field-based customer engagement is essential, as the customer is at the core of everything we do.
We offer a comprehensive induction program to train you on our products and business, so food service or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
