You'll be the go-to person behind the scenes—ensuring everything operates like clockwork and your managers feel fully supported.What You'll Do:Work closely with the management team to provide day-to-day administrative support across the site.Take ownership of a variety of tasks including payroll submissions, onboarding paperwork for new employees, and handling equipment and finance-related requests.Prepare, organise, and maintain both digital and physical records efficiently.Support ad hoc projects and tasks as needed—flexibility is key, especially during busy periods like month-end compliance and reporting.Be a central contact for the team, helping to coordinate orders, supplies, and other operational needs.What You Bring:A strong team spirit and excellent communication skills—you're someone people naturally turn to.The ability to stay organised, prioritise your workload, and remain calm under pressure.Previous experience in a similar administrative role is a bonus, but not essential.
