Supporting desktop and laptop hardware/software in Windows 10/11 environments (HP, Dell, Lenovo). Assisting with Mac OS devices (MacBooks and desktops). Troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft Office 365 and Teams. Handling mobile devices (Apple, Android, and others). Navigating operating systems to recreate shortcuts and optimize user experience.
