IT Support Engineer | Romsey | £195 per day Inside IR35 A well‑established technology organisation is seeking an IT Support Engineer to support a large-scale Microsoft Intune deployment project on a three month contract. The initial phase will involve the migration of approximately 130 business laptops, followed by a wider rollout of 650 devices in subsequent tranches. This is a hands‑on, user‑facing role requiring strong onsite support skills. As an IT Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Liaising with internal staff to schedule and coordinate Intune deployments Installing and imaging Windows operating systems on laptops Supporting device migrations using Microsoft Intune Tracking rollout progress and maintaining records using Excel Providing desk‑side support to users during device transitions Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues throughout the deployment As an IT Support Engineer, your experience will include: Proven 1st / 2nd line IT support experience Strong customer service and end‑user support skills Experience within IT technical support environments Hands‑on experience installing Windows OS and software Strong problem‑solving and fault‑finding ability Microsoft Intune experience highly advantageous Please note that Security Clearance is required for this opportunity.
