As a Senior Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the service's facilities are fit for purpose, including gardening and conducting regular audits to identify and repair faults, ensuring safety for service users, staff, and visitors.
You will work alongside an established team, handling all maintenance-related tasks, liaising with contractors to support the upkeep of the service.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining the service, buildings, facilities, and equipment to ensure they are fit for purpose.
* Applying good DIY skills to maintain safety.
* Performing regular checks and maintenance.
* Repairing and maintaining all buildings.
* Reporting faults and defects to a manager.
* Participating in a 1-week on-call rota for emergency maintenance.
* Supporting contractors on site and completing all necessary paperwork and tool checks.

Work location:
You will work at Chadwick Lodge and Eaglestone View, providing specialist treatment for service users detained under the Mental Health Act (1983) with a history of offending behavior.
