The company specialises in the installation and maintenance of fire alarm and safety solutions, delivering reliable service and expert support across commercial and residential projects. Key Responsibilities: Raise and manage purchase orders for equipment, parts, and services Track orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries Maintain accurate supplier records, including pricing and order history Liaise with engineers and project managers to confirm material requirements Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries in a professional manner Organise and maintain digital and paper-based filing systems Support invoicing, job tracking, and document preparation Assist with scheduling service appointments and coordinating site visits Manage inventory logs and handle stock reordering Provide general administrative support across the team Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Professional, proactive, and team-focused attitude Package £21,000 - £26,000 depending on experience Rochester, Kent Fully office-based Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm Additional Information: This role is offered on a full-time basis; however part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate
