Location: Bristol, with additional site visits
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 17:00pm or to suit the needs of the business

What the role involves
Note: This list is not exhaustive; other reasonable and relevant tasks may be assigned.
* Recruiting temporary workers in line with client requirements
* Managing KPIs daily according to SLA
* Maintaining good relationships with clients
* Daily reporting on absence, recruitment, and leavers to site and Kingdom management
* Performing various administrative tasks as required
* Managing workload to meet deadlines
Candidate requirements
* Passionate about delivering a best-in-class service
* Minimum of 2 years experience as an Account Manager / 360 Recruitment Consultant
* Growth-oriented and results-driven
* Effective verbal and written communication skills at multiple levels, with strong presentation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Process and compliance focused
* Drive strategic projects to improve Kingdom every day
